The Terms of Service for the Hadano AI Cabinet series are published on the relay site.

TechJapan LLC publishes one set of Terms for the Hadano AI Cabinet series. The Japanese text is the binding version; an English translation is provided for convenience.

Those Terms govern the services the series offers today. The Hadano AI Cabinet software itself is local-first and licensed under Apache-2.0. A hosted Cloud API for it is not offered today; the separate Cloud API Terms drafted for it are still under review and have no legal effect until published.
